Delivery time

We ship all our products via PostNL 7 days a week. The sneakers are shipped double boxed. If the sneakers are ordered before 3 p.m., they will be shipped within 5 working days. We aim to deliver the products to your home within 5 to 7 working days. However, we are dependent on PostNL and there can sometimes be delays.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number by email. You can track your order via the PostNL app or the PostNL website.

Postage costs

All orders above €200 will be sent free of charge to your specified delivery address. For orders with a value under € 200, - the following costs are calculated for shipping:

  • Netherlands: € 6.50
  • Belgium: €8.80
  • Germany: € 9.10

Delivery & Shipping FAQs

My order status indicates that my package has been 'delivered', but I have not received anything. What now?
Take as soon as possible Contact with us! We will then contact the delivery service to start an investigation.

I have entered the wrong delivery address, what now?
Contact us directly by phone! Perhaps it is then still possible to stop the package.

Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then unfortunately we can no longer stop the shipment. We then have to wait until the package has been returned to us.

I have received a wrong item. What can I do?
Sorry! We made a mistake. Take as soon as possible Contact up with us. We will make sure that the right product will be delivered to you!

I have received a damaged item. How do we solve this?
Send us a photo of the damage via info@yourkickz.store and mention your name and order number.

We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution!
