What is Yourkickz's return policy?
For all Yourkickz purchases, a return period of 30 days after delivery time applies. We strive to deliver all our products to your liking. If you are recently dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer you as a customer the option to return the items. If you buy items on Yourkick.store, instagram or physically from us, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. You don't have to worry about the return policy within this period.
You can return items (with some exceptions) for any reason within 30 days. The costs of the return shipments are for the customer's own account. Returns are at your own risk. If your product is damaged or missing, you as a customer are responsible for this. That is why we recommend that orders above €150 are returned insured via a logistics service provider of your choice.
Can I return sneakers that have been ordered especially for me (on request)?
No, all products ordered on request are final and therefore excluded from the possibility of return.
How do I return my order and what are the conditions?
Send an email to within 30 days of receiving your order email@example.com with your name, full address and order number. You will receive a reply from us within two working days with further instructions on how to return your order.
Yourkickz always checks all items thoroughly before they are shipped. If it happens that the item does not correspond to what you have ordered, please contact us immediately!
The returned items must meet a number of requirements:
- All items must be returned unworn/unwashed;
- All items must be returned in the original packaging;
- All items must be returned undamaged;
- In the case of ordered shoes, there should be no creases in the nose of the shoes or in other places of the shoe (no wrinkles in the leather or other materials that make up the shoe).
Yourkickz has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged or if you have not returned the item according to our return conditions. If your return is refused for any of the above reasons, you will be informed by e-mail by our customer service within two working days. We will send the returned products back at your expense.
In case of correct return according to the above conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within five days of receipt via the same payment method.

Can YourKickz help me send my return?
Of course! Yourkickz offers the possibility to create a return shipping label for delivery to a parcel shop from carrier DPD. This shipping label has an insured value of up to €500 in the event of damage and/or loss and can be created for the price of €5,- which will be deducted from the refundable total of your returned product/order. Please note: to register a return you need the order number or track & trace number of the original order.
